About LIVELE, a founder-led Amazon Seller Central consultancy

LIVELE is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Amazon Seller Central consultancy that protects account health, manages compliance and accounts, and finds hidden profit leaks for brands selling on Amazon.com. LIVELE is a new, founder-led company with three service lines that can be bought separately: Amazon Services, LIVELE Consulting and The Missing Piece™. It is independent and not affiliated with Amazon.

Why LIVELE exists

An Amazon brand rarely loses money in one dramatic event. It loses it in many connected places: a certificate that lapsed, a listing suppressed for a missing attribute, a reorder placed late, a fee change nobody priced in.

Amazon's own tools now catch much of this. Amazon says Seller Assistant monitors a business continuously and acts within limits the owner sets, and that its systems automatically confirmed compliance for more than 8 million products in the past year (Amazon, September 2026). What a growing brand still lacks is someone who owns the response: the document, the Plan of Action, the case and the decision.

LIVELE was set up to be that owner for brands doing roughly $1.5 million or more a year on Amazon. They have outgrown handling compliance at night, but they don't need a full in-house department.

Principles

  • Specific beats impressive. We name the notification, the regulator, the document and the date. If we can't source a claim, we don't make it.
  • We own the work and promise only the process. We take responsibility for cases and documents. We never guarantee reinstatement, rankings, revenue or recovered amounts.
  • Prices are published. Compliance Management is $3,500/month and Full Account Management is $4,500/month, for everyone, on this site.
  • We say who we're not for. Arbitrage, dropshipping, Vendor Central-only accounts, requests for PPC management and anyone wanting guaranteed outcomes get a polite no.
  • Your password stays yours. Access runs through role-based permissions, never shared logins.
  • Two languages, one standard. Spanish pages carry the same facts, prices and depth as the English ones.

How we deliver, in six steps

Every engagement runs on the same model, built for clear ownership and measurable impact rather than activity volume. Across the three service lines, the path runs Protect → Diagnose → Solve → Optimize.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We learn the company, its commercial priorities, its risks, the data available and the immediate pain points.

  2. Step 2

    Assess

We establish the baseline: account health, operating state, performance, profitability or leak profile, depending on the engagement.

  3. Step 3

    Prioritize

We separate critical issues from high-value opportunities and define what should happen now, next and later.

  4. Step 4

    Execute

The agreed work is done by LIVELE, by your internal team, or in a shared-responsibility model.

  5. Step 5

    Measure

We track KPIs, risk, recovery, performance and completed actions against the agreed baseline.

  6. Step 6

    Optimize

Findings and performance data set the next round of priorities.

What every engagement produces

  • Executive reporting focused on decisions, not data volume
  • Clear ownership of open risks, actions and deadlines
  • Prioritized registers of issues and opportunities
  • Defined KPIs, measured from an agreed baseline
  • Documented processes and repeatable operating standards, where they apply
  • Transparent scope boundaries, with material out-of-scope work scoped separately

What we don't do

  • We don't run PPC or Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice. Litigation, arbitration and intellectual property (IP) disputes go to counsel.
  • We don't test or certify products. Accredited labs test, and the brand certifies.
  • We don't guarantee reinstatement, rankings, revenue or recovered amounts.
  • We don't ask for your password or work through shared logins.
  • We don't take on arbitrage, dropshipping or Vendor Central-only accounts.

How we access your account

Amazon advises sellers not to share passwords and to give others access through permissions instead. Service providers that work in a seller's account register in Amazon's Solution Provider Portal and have their roles approved, and each seller's authorization lasts 365 days before it is renewed. We follow that model and never ask for your password.

TODO(owner): confirm LIVELE's Solution Provider Portal registration (C-090).

Languages

This site is published in English and in Spanish. The Spanish pages are written for Spanish-speaking sellers, not machine-translated, and show prices as US$3,500 al mes so nobody reads them as pesos.

TODO(owner): confirm which founders work in Spanish and in which languages engagements can run (C-093).
