Amazon compliance by product category

LIVELE manages Amazon compliance for brands in six regulated categories: dietary supplements; beauty and personal care; baby, kids and toys; electronics and batteries; pest control and pet; and grocery. Each answers to a different US regulator, mainly the FDA, CPSC, FCC or EPA, and each gets different document requests from Amazon. Compliance Management covers documents, cases and appeals in every category for $3,500/month, without PPC.

What stays the same in every category

  • One owner for the account. Account Health and Performance Notification monitoring, compliance cases, policy violations, appeals and corrective actions, whatever the category.
  • Documents per ASIN, not per brand. Each certificate, report and registration is tied to the ASINs it covers, with its issuer and its date.
  • Listings that match the paperwork. Claims in titles, bullets and images stay within what the label, registration or certificate supports.
  • A monthly compliance report and review, with what changed, what is due and what Amazon asked for.
  • Clear limits. We don't test or certify products: accredited labs test, and the brand certifies. We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice.

Who we work with

Who it’s for

  • Brand owners with Brand Registry doing roughly $1.5 million or more a year on Amazon.com.
  • Catalogs of about 25–500 ASINs in one or more of the six categories.
  • Teams where nobody owns compliance, often working with a separate PPC agency or in-house ads team.

Who it’s not for

  • Sellers under about $1 million a year on Amazon, and retail or online arbitrage and dropshipping.
  • Vendor Central-only accounts, or anyone who wants PPC management from us.
  • Anyone looking for guaranteed reinstatement. No one can guarantee it; we commit to a process.

Questions about categories

My products span two categories. Do I need two retainers?

No. Compliance Management covers the account, so a brand selling a supplement and a beauty line, or toys with batteries, has one retainer. The document list per ASIN simply follows both categories.

My category isn't on the list. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Account Health, appeals and listing compliance work the same way in any category. Tell us what you sell in the form, and we will say plainly whether we are the right fit.

Do you test products or issue certificates?

No. Accredited labs test, and the manufacturer, importer or brand issues the certificate. We track what each ASIN needs, keep the documents on file and send Amazon the right one when it asks.

How do you get access to our Seller Central account?

Through the permissions Amazon provides for users and service providers, which you grant and can remove. We never ask for your password.

Tell us your category and what Amazon has asked for

We read what Amazon sent, tell you what it is asking for and whether Compliance Management fits. If a listing is already deactivated or Amazon has set a deadline, start with an urgent case review.
