Full Amazon account management for brand owners on Seller Central
LIVELE's Full Account Management is a $4,500/month retainer that operates, protects and optimizes a brand's Seller Central account on Amazon.com. It includes everything in Compliance Management, plus catalog and listing maintenance, inventory and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) case management, Voice of Customer and returns monitoring, ASIN performance analysis and a monthly performance report with strategy. PPC is not included. It fits best at about $2 million to $15 million a year on Amazon.
One accountable team for the account
Full Account Management means complete management of the agreed Amazon marketplace scope, not unlimited management of your entire business. Inside that scope, we own the account.
That means the catalog is correct, cases are followed up until they close, and inventory problems are caught before they turn into a stockout. Each month someone tells you what moved, why, and what we're doing about it.
Your team keeps the product decisions, the final say on pricing and the ads. We keep Seller Central in order and bring you the decisions that need you.
PPC excluded by design
We don't run your ads. That keeps our advice on catalog, compliance and margin independent of ad spend, and lets us work alongside your PPC agency or in-house team.
What we do in the account
Compliance, included
Everything in Compliance Management: Account Health and notification monitoring, policy cases, Plans of Action, and document custody for each product category.
Catalog, listings, variations and attributes
Required attributes kept complete, variation families kept clean, and catalog changes checked before they go live so a template update doesn't suppress a best seller.
Inventory and operational issues
Stranded inventory, inbound shipment problems, receiving discrepancies and restock risks flagged early. Amazon stopped offering FBA prep and item labeling in the US on January 1, 2026, so prep has to be right before goods ship.
FBA and marketplace cases
Cases opened, logged and followed up until they close, with the history in one place. TODO(owner): confirm whether FBA reimbursement claims are filed under this item.
Voice of Customer, returns and feedback
Voice of Customer flags, return reasons and seller feedback reviewed for listing or product problems that can be fixed.
Product and ASIN performance
Sessions, conversion, Featured Offer (Buy Box) share and margin by ASIN, so the monthly review starts from the numbers.
Promotions and revenue opportunities
Coupons, deals, bundles and catalog gaps identified and sized. We recommend; your team or ads agency decides and runs the spend.
Monthly performance reporting and strategy
One report and one meeting a month covering what changed, why, and the priorities for next month.
The operating rhythm
Step 1
Onboarding
First month
Role-based access set up in Seller Central, an Account Health baseline, a review of open cases and the catalog, and a first risk register. TODO(owner): onboarding length, fee and whether a document audit is included (C-092).
Step 2
Monitoring and cases
Ongoing
Notifications, cases, suppressed and stranded listings and inbound problems are picked up and owned. TODO(owner): response times (C-091).
Step 3
Written update
Every week
Open cases, catalog changes and inventory risks in one short note. TODO(owner): confirm the weekly cadence.
Step 4
Performance report and strategy
Every month
ASIN performance, Account Health, open risks, promotions and opportunities, and the plan for next month.

Full Account Management questions
What is the difference between Compliance Management and Full Account Management?
Compliance Management, at $3,500/month, protects the account: Account Health, policy cases, appeals, Plans of Action and compliance documents. Full Account Management, at $4,500/month, includes all of that and also runs the account: catalog and listing maintenance, inventory and FBA cases, Voice of Customer and returns, ASIN performance analysis and a monthly strategy review. Neither includes PPC.
Why doesn't Full Account Management include PPC?
LIVELE doesn't run ads by design. When the same firm runs your ads and judges your catalog, its advice can drift toward spend. Keeping PPC out keeps our advice on catalog, compliance and margin independent, and lets us work alongside your PPC agency or in-house team. We still tell your ads team when a listing problem is wasting their budget.
What does "the agreed marketplace scope" mean?
The agreed marketplace scope is the Amazon account and the work listed in the retainer, on Amazon.com through Seller Central. It is not the whole business. Material launches, major restructuring, advertising management, new-market expansion and website work are scoped separately if you want them. TODO(owner): confirm whether other Amazon marketplaces can be added (C-097).
What changed in FBA operations in 2026?
Two changes matter for brand owners. Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers FBA prep and item-labeling services in the US. For inventory shipped on or after March 31, 2026, Amazon ended commingling: brand owners with the Brand Representative role in Brand Registry can use manufacturer barcodes without Amazon stickers, while resellers must apply Amazon barcode stickers. We keep your shipments and catalog set up for both.
Can you work with our existing PPC agency?
Yes, and most of the work is complementary. Your agency runs campaigns; LIVELE keeps the listings, inventory and account health those campaigns depend on. We share which ASINs are suppressed, out of stock or under a policy action, and the monthly ASIN performance review gives both teams the same numbers to work from.
How do you get access to our Seller Central account?
Through role-based permissions, never your password. Amazon advises sellers not to share passwords. Service providers register in Amazon's Solution Provider Portal and have their roles approved, and each seller renews the authorization every 365 days. You choose which roles to grant. TODO(owner): confirm LIVELE's Solution Provider Portal registration (C-090).
