A referral program for PPC agencies and other firms that serve Amazon brands

LIVELE's referral program is for firms that serve brand owners on Amazon.com and keep running into compliance, account health or margin problems outside their own scope. PPC agencies come first, because LIVELE never runs ads. Testing labs, customs brokers, intellectual property (IP) attorneys, third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and e-commerce accountants fit too. You introduce the brand, we do the Seller Central work, and anything in your scope stays with you. Referral terms: TODO(owner).

Who the program is for

  • PPC agencies

We don't run ads, so we never compete for your retainer. We fix what wastes your clients' ad spend: suppressed listings, deactivated ASINs, account health problems and missing compliance documents.

  • Testing labs

Labs accepted by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and supplement testing organizations test the product. We get the reports onto the right listings, track their expiry and answer Amazon when it asks.

  • Customs brokers

Since July 8, 2026, importers must eFile certificates of compliance for products under a CPSC rule before the goods enter the US. We keep the certificates on the Amazon side consistent with what was filed.

  • IP attorneys

You handle disputes, litigation and arbitration. We handle the Seller Central side, meaning evidence, Plans of Action and listing-level cases, and send legal questions back to you.

  • 3PLs

Stranded inventory, inbound errors and listing problems often show up in your warehouse first. Amazon stopped offering Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) prep and item labeling in the US on January 1, 2026, so your clients' prep work now matters more.

  • E-commerce accountants

You see the margin problem in the books. The Missing Piece™ traces it to ASINs, fees, returns and listings, and gives your client a roadmap with owners and costs.

How referrals work

  1. Step 1

    You introduce the brand

With the brand's permission, send us the contact and one line on the problem. A short email is enough.

  2. Step 2

    We check the fit

We use the same published fit as everyone else: Brand Registry, roughly $1.5 million or more a year on Amazon, and a problem we handle. If it isn't a fit, we say so and tell you why. TODO(owner): reply time to partners (C-091).

  3. Step 3

We scope and do the work

The brand gets a written scope and price. We do the compliance, appeal, account or diagnostic work, and keep you informed as far as the client agrees.

  4. Step 4

    Your scope stays yours

Ads, testing, customs filings, legal work, warehousing and accounting go back to you. We don't sell competing services.

  5. Step 5

    Referral terms

TODO(owner): referral fee, reciprocal referrals or both, and how the arrangement is disclosed to the brand (C-104).

Ground rules

  • We never pitch PPC to a brand you referred.
  • We never ask your clients for their Seller Central password.
  • We don't present the program, or each other, as endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.
  • Referral arrangements are disclosed to the brand. TODO(owner): disclosure wording (C-104).
  • If we can't help, we say so quickly and send the brand back to you.

Who makes a good partner

Good partners

  • Firms whose clients are Amazon brand owners doing $1 million or more a year
  • PPC agencies that want a compliance and account health team they don't have to build
  • Labs, customs brokers, IP attorneys, 3PLs and accountants who see Amazon problems outside their scope
  • Firms that introduce clients only with the client's permission

Not a fit

  • Firms selling guaranteed reinstatement
  • Lead resellers and list brokers
  • Arbitrage, dropshipping, course or coaching communities
  • Anyone who wants client data shared beyond what the client approves

Partner questions

Will LIVELE compete with my agency?

Not for ads. LIVELE doesn't manage PPC or Amazon Ads in any service line, and doesn't sell product testing, warehousing, customs, legal or accounting services. LIVELE works on Seller Central compliance, account health, appeals, account operations and profit-leak diagnosis. If a referred client asks us for something in your scope, we send them back to you.

Do you pay referral fees?

TODO(owner): referral fee, reciprocal referrals or both, and how the arrangement is disclosed to the brand (C-104). The terms will be published on this page once they are set.

What happens if a brand I refer isn't a fit?

LIVELE tells you and the brand quickly and explains why, using the same published fit criteria as for everyone else: Brand Registry, roughly $1.5 million or more a year on Amazon, and a problem we handle. If another firm would serve the brand better, we say so. A referral that doesn't fit costs you nothing and doesn't count against you.

Do you refer clients to partners?

When a LIVELE client needs work outside our scope, such as PPC management, product testing, customs filings, legal work or warehousing, we refer it rather than take it on. TODO(owner): confirm reciprocal referrals and how partners are chosen (C-104).

Apply to the referral program

Tell us about your firm and the brands you serve. TODO(owner): who replies and how fast (C-091, C-099).
