Amazon account management services for Seller Central brand owners
LIVELE's Amazon Services are two monthly retainers and one urgent front door for brands selling on Amazon.com through Seller Central. Compliance Management, at $3,500/month, owns account health, policy cases and compliance documents. Full Account Management, at $4,500/month, adds catalog, inventory, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) cases and performance work. Urgent Case Review & Appeal handles a live suspension or deactivation and is quoted on request. None of them include PPC.

What the retainers pay for
Amazon's tools are good at alerts. Amazon describes Seller Assistant as a system that monitors a business continuously and acts within limits the owner sets, and says its systems automatically confirmed compliance for more than 8 million products in the past year (Amazon, September 2026).
Our retainers are priced for what comes after the alert: deciding which document answers the request, holding that document, writing the Plan of Action, following the case through and answering for the result. A named person owns each open case.

How access to your account works
We never ask for your password. Amazon advises sellers not to share passwords and to give others access through permissions instead.
Service providers that work in a seller's account register in Amazon's Solution Provider Portal and have their roles approved. Since August 2026, sellers grant that access through a simplified authorization in Seller Central, and each authorization lasts 365 days before the seller renews it (Amazon, August and September 2026).
TODO(owner): confirm LIVELE's Solution Provider Portal registration (C-090).

Questions about Amazon Services
What are Amazon account management services?
Amazon account management services run part or all of a seller's Seller Central work for a monthly fee. LIVELE offers two levels for brands on Amazon.com. Compliance Management at $3,500/month covers account health, policy cases, appeals and compliance documents. Full Account Management at $4,500/month adds catalog, inventory, FBA cases, Voice of Customer and ASIN performance analysis. Neither includes PPC.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you cover?
LIVELE works on Amazon.com, the US store, through Seller Central. Brands based in Latin America, Spain or elsewhere are a fit if they sell on Amazon.com, including through a unified North America account. We don't take on Vendor Central-only accounts. TODO(owner): confirm whether Amazon.ca or Amazon.com.mx can be added to a retainer (C-097).
How quickly can you start?
TODO(owner): onboarding length and first response time (C-091, C-092). The first step is always access. You authorize LIVELE in Seller Central with only the roles the work needs, and we start with an Account Health baseline, a list of open cases and a risk register.
Can you work alongside our PPC agency?
Yes. LIVELE doesn't run ads in any service line, so there is no overlap with your PPC agency or in-house team. We fix the Seller Central problems that waste ad spend, such as suppressed listings, deactivated ASINs and missing compliance documents, and we tell your ads team which ASINs are affected before they find out from the numbers.
Do you guarantee results?
No. LIVELE takes responsibility for the work: cases, documents, Plans of Action and reports. We don't guarantee reinstatement, rankings, revenue or recovered amounts, because Amazon and your market decide those. What we commit to is a written process, published prices and a named person accountable for each open case.
