Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read our guides, use our tools and contact us. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. This statement was last reviewed on October 7, 2026.
Conformance status: TODO(owner): state "partially conforms" or "fully conforms" after the pre-launch audit. We have not yet had an independent audit.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, landmarks and a skip link.
- Full keyboard access with visible focus, including forms, accordions and the cookie banner.
- Text and interface colors checked against the AA contrast ratios, in light and dark modes.
- Layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling, and text that scales to 200 percent.
- Forms with visible labels, clear error messages and no reliance on color alone.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected, and no content that appears only on scroll or hover.
- Pages that work without JavaScript, including the contact form.
- Language set on every page, with Spanish and English terms marked where they mix.
- Images with text alternatives, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
- We have not yet completed an independent audit or testing with a range of screen readers. TODO(owner): update after the audit.
- Some linked sources, such as Amazon Seller Central pages and regulator PDFs, are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
- Interactive tools such as the scorecard and fee estimator are tested by keyboard and screen reader, but complex results tables may be harder to read on small screens.
- Cal.com, the booking service we link to, has its own accessibility. If it does not work for you, ask us to book the call by email.
Feedback and alternatives
If you cannot use part of the site, or need information in another format, email TODO(owner) or use the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use if you like. We aim to reply within TODO(owner) business days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact your national accessibility or data protection authority. TODO(owner): counsel to confirm the applicable enforcement body.
